This looks like the Wilson County Sheriff's office.... and it is. My mother spent her high school years here, only then it was called Lebanon High! She said she walked from South Hatton (remember the white house) to the high school and the window on the left lower side of the building was one of her classrooms.
The building wasn't that large, and I'm thinking that Lebanon must have been a MUCH smaller place back then!
